Team-Building

ITS is committed to fostering a strong culture of collaboration, teamwork, and employee engagement. We offer a variety of team-building opportunities designed to strengthen connections across departments, including organized group activities and company-sponsored events. In addition to larger initiatives, ITS encourages team-building at all levels, whether through department-focused activities or informal team gatherings. Recognition

ITS recognizes that employees are central to our success and is committed to acknowledging and rewarding outstanding performance. Through our quarterly Employee Values Program, employees are invited to nominate colleagues who consistently demonstrate our core values, including growth, quality, client satisfaction, community engagement, and achievement.

Employees may also be considered for spot bonuses in recognition of notable accomplishments, such as earning a new certification or degree. In addition, select employees are recognized annually at the Company Town Hall with certificates of achievement and a bonus. These recognition initiatives reflect ITS’s ongoing commitment to valuing employee contributions and celebrating excellence across the organization.

Celebrations

ITS values the importance of recognizing milestones and fostering employee engagement through meaningful celebrations. With multiple locations nationwide and a remote workforce, our Social Ambassador Program empowers employees to plan and coordinate engaging events at each location. These activities may include team competitions, seasonal gatherings, and quarterly celebrations that promote connection and morale.

In addition, ITS hosts two company-wide events annually: a summer celebration designed to include employees and their families, and a holiday celebration for employees. These events provide opportunities for employees to connect, celebrate accomplishments, and strengthen relationships across the organization.
